SO proud of this lovely lady’s dedication the past few months. She’s absolutely smashing her weights sessions, constantly hitting PB’s and has totally transformed her diet to suit her low FODMAP diet. This transformation is a true example of discipline ( particularly with social events) and hard work! “ Thanks so much to Courtney and Izzy for helping me with my fitness and nutrition. I used to eat one bad meal and let the rest of the day go but understanding I can have a bad meal and move straight back to it. Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. I am now confident to go into the gym on my own. I enjoy doing my sprints and being in the gym now. Thanks girls 💕” ⁣
