“I started pilates and ‘running’ (IE slow jog/walk ๐Ÿ˜‚) soon after the first pic, but didn’t start regularly in the gym until the end of July. So most of my changes have been made in the last 3 months. .
I’m feeling really amazing in my own skin and I’m amazed at what good nutrition and heavy weights can do! It is hard to find the time and motivation sometimes, but I’m trying to prioritise my sanity and happiness over a few other things and my fitness and appearance are definitely tied up in that! .
These results have taken A LOT of hard work, there’s no easy way to do it, but the way I’m feeling (IE MENTAL HEALTH) has made is so so worth it ๐Ÿ‘Š .
For those wanting to know, I’ve been following nutrition and fitness plans from @izzybeeston @ambitiousbodies – changed my life! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช Also thanks to @lauraakimberley for starting me off on the right track ๐Ÿ˜˜
