“Before I started with Izzy I didn’t really do any exercise, I spent most of the time I wasn’t working sitting in front of the TV. I had an issue with bingeing and emotional eating/guilt restriction my whole life. Since I started with Izzy I feel a freedom from food I’ve never had before, I don’t feel like food controls me anymore. I used to be petrified of gyms and the weights area, now I’m loving training with weights and being able to run again! I have so much more energy and love seeing myself progress each week and upping my weights when I’m training. I can’t wait to see where I am in another 2 months 😍 thanks Izzy!”
