Diet is everything. 🥦🥩🥬🍗🥑🍳
You can slay your ass 90mins 6 days a week and have incredible fitness gains, plus your body fat % will drop. However if you truly want to lose weight it’s all in the diet – the calorie deficit. No amount of exercise can override a bad diet.
In a broad spectrum:
Eat: 20-35% calorie deficit, majority veggies (more green), meats, eggs, seeds, nuts. 3+ litres of water /day.
Train: 3-5 weights, 2 cardio /week.
Stop finding excuses as to why you can’t achieve your results and start being 110% conscious of what goes in your mouth.
