The anxiety around getting in the gym is NOTHING compared to the feeling of fulfilment and self-pride of completing that gym session you almost didn’t do. Trust the process, over-ride the old anxious pattern and create a new pattern.
Simplify. Even if it’s just 10minutes on the treadmill. Get there and do ANYTHING you feel okay with doing. You’ll get better at controlling your anxiety and training will get easier as will confidence grow.
