“I had no goals, no direction and nothing to look forward to. I use to drink every weekend, I was stagnant with no routine or motivation. I didn’t hate myself but I didn’t love myself. I’ve changed everything, it’s the small changes that lead to the biggest successes. However, changing my diet and having an organized lifestyle has enabled me to gain those small wins. There is so much more to it than the “2 fruit/5 veg” moto. I’m now able to wake up at 4am and start my day. I’m energized enough to make it to the gym 6 days a week, work a full time job, and enjoy socializing without the alcohol, I don’t see it as missing out. I’m now able to utilize my time so much more efficiently.
I’m no longer scared of weights, or putting on muscle, in fact, I love it! Good days come with bad days and they are not failures. I went from wearing leggings ONLY in the gym to standing on stage in a bikini.
The only person who can tell you “no” is yourself, so start telling yourself “yes”, because you can do it.”
