“I joined back up at the gym after an unhealthy attempt of starving myself to lose weight. Naturally it started to affect my body and I soon realised I could not keep it up. I already was I in a bad place mentally and needed a nudge to start working on myself.
I have since started gaining confidence leaving the house, and also started losing weight more efficiently than just not eating. It also now motivates me to eat the correct food and tay focused on my goals.
I also would not have the confidence in the gym and my training without all of Courtney’s help. As hard as it was to make the first step by signing up and walking in the gym, that is now a distant memory and every workout gets better. xoxo Kira-Lee”
