Progress is not just having big numbers drop. Progress is growing more confidence, to feel good walking around the gym or in a bikini, enjoying more food (carbs!), and overall mentally feeling better about yourself. Macey sent me “Just a few to show how confident I felt!” whilst on her holiday in Europe. She is now eating MORE food than ever, and is the SMALLEST she’s been in a long time. We’re building her carbs up before we shred for her Jan wedding.💍 So whilst the numbers are small, the life improvements are huge!
