Mandy luuuuuuurves a drink. She loves kicking her feet up with a vino and having laughs with friends. She has a vibrant social life, and a small appetite.
In other words, Mandy has a small intake of nutritious calories most days – slowing her metabolism – plus a high intake of empty calories (alcohol, entrè’s etc) all at once. As a result she carries excess weight on her tummy.
Solution? Force-feed Mandy more protein and veggies, and ease up on the booze.
Result? Tighter waist! And strength is tremendously improving.
