People are so quick to judge others on their behaviours, to criticise or health-shame when seemingly fit people try to work on themselves. Remember there’s more to fitness than just fat-loss. Meg is a nurse in aged care. She joined me to gain strength, confidence and energy with weight training to help her outdoor sports like surfing and wake-boarding, and to also feel better mentally.
