It’s one thing to workout, but another to train with intent.

Whilst beginner’s newbie gains generally gets you decent initial results without overthinking, months+ in the training scene tends to mean much more thought, effort and attention to detail are essential for further progression.

Prior joining AB, Nicole had been working out at home using free YouTube workouts, since joining AB this queen is throwing up some serious weight! 🏋🏽‍♀️

She’s become addicted to heavy lifting, getting super excited around Strength Testing weeks and EMOM’s in her programs, and all in the comfort of her own home.. not to mention, she still enjoys a weekly family ritual of dinner at Hungry Jack’s we allow for in her nutrition guidelines. 🍔🍟
