“I started training with Ambitious Bodies after seeing some of the awesome results others were getting with both Izzy and Court. I was so unhappy with my body and constantly plateauing from all the yo-yo dieting I was doing and never seeing results as I never stuck to anything.
Being a single Mum of 2 kids and working full time, I used these as excuses and blamed “lack of time” for never being able to train or meal prep etc and I would often feel guilty for wanting to put myself first, so I just didn’t bother.
I knew that I needed to make a change and I’m so glad I reached out to the girls, as I learnt that wanting to invest in my health and my own happiness was not a selfish decision but one I wish I’d made sooner!
Not only have I changed physically but I have grown so much mentally through this journey too.
It hasn’t always been easy and I have to be super organised and plan my weeks in advance to fit my training and everything in around my kids and work, but I have learnt to MAKE the time to get to the gym and make healthier decisions and prioritise myself, my health and my own personal goals.
I train with Courtney who is AMAZING! She is so supportive, genuine and educational each session and always pushing me to be my absolute best! All the training and advice she gives is specific to my goals and I am forever grateful for all of both her and Izzy’s help 💖”
