After Flick’s first baby she lost all body confidence, Since joining Ambitious Bodies she has gotten back into her bikini! Dropped 7kg, 9cm from her waist, 6.5cm off her hip, and 5cm off her thigh!

Personal training is Flick’s ‘Me-Time’ away from the bubba. She now trains with Dani Maddaloni, another new mummy. Training in buddies is a great way to stay motivated and accountable, and share the fun and challenges with a like-minded soul.
