Our PT also includes custom training programs and nutrition support!

IN-PERSONSESSIONS

Staret your journey with our Initial Fit Consult, add on casual PT sessions to your online coaching, or level up to weekly PT!

INITIAL FIT CONSULT / CASUAL PT

One hour in-person session in Port Coogee, or online.

  • 15min Check In (BodyFat%, kg, cm's, photos)

  • 45min Personal Training Session

  • Any other fitness / nutrition support etc 

  • *if online-only Initial Consult this hour is split into 2x30min zooms in first month of online coaching 

WEEKLY 1HR PT
